Celebrating Our Local Waterways & Aquaculture Industry
Join us for an evening celebrating our local waterways and learning more community oyster growing and the commercial aquaculture industry. Featuring several esteemed panelists from our partner organizations: Group for the East End, Peconic Baykeeper, Cornell Cooperative Extension Marine Program, and a group of local oyster growers. This event features two important panel discussions on clean water/septic solutions and aquaculture/oyster farming. An oyster tasting in partnership with our friends at Cornell Cooperative Extension Marine Program will take place on our lawn, as well as a short film program highlighting CCE Marine’s SPAT Program.
Free admission | Oyster & Wine tasting available for purchase.
Proceeds from ticket sales will be supporting Cornell Cooperative Extension Marine Program. Quantity is limited.
Beach chairs and blankets are encouraged as this event will be taking place outside on our West Lawn.
